About the role

We’re looking for a proactive and organised temporary Commercial Support to join our team for 6 months while our Commercial Manager is on sabbatical. In this role, you’ll help drive the commercial performance of SwimTrek by supporting the delivery of trading, pricing and product development, ensuring our operations continue to run smoothly.

You’ll be an integral part of a small, dynamic team where your ideas and energy will have a direct impact on the success of the business. Specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting pricing, margin analysis and commercial reporting
  • Assisting with product development and trip performance reviews
  • Coordinating with sales, marketing and product teams
  • Providing day-to-day support across commercial operations

Personal profile:

  • Experience in a commercial, operations or product support role (ideally within travel or leisure)
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset

  • LOCATION: Office located on Brighton Beach (Sea Lanes) overlooking a 50m pool and the sea
  • SALARY: Market rate
  • HOLIDAYS: 33 days (inc. Bank Holidays) (pro rata)
  • PENSION: employer contribution
  • WORKING HOURS: Full time based on 37.5 hours a week
  • FLEXIBLE HOURS: Between 8AM-6PM with remote working options.
