SwimTrek HQ

SwimTrek’s HQ is part of the National Open Water Swimming Centre at Sea Lanes on Brighton Beach, with facilities including a 50-metre pool, indoor endless pool, gym, yoga studio, café/bar and more. We're currently recruiting for:

Marketing Executive: We’re on the search for a Marketing Executive to help us inspire people to book their next swimming adventure. This role is perfect for someone who wants to build their skills and experience across a broad mix of marketing activities, with a strong focus on digital and content. You’ll be involved with everything from creating web content and social media posts, to working on campaigns and events with partner brands. This is an excellent opportunity for someone in the early stages of their marketing career, someone moving into marketing from a related role, or someone returning to work after a career break. If you’re passionate about travel, a great writer with excellent attention to detail, and an interest and aptitude for learning new systems and skills quickly, we’d love to hear from you. Customer Relations Manager: Are you dedicated to delivering exceptional service and building lifelong relationships with customers? We’re seeking a Customer Relations Manager to lead our Customer Relations Team and champion outstanding service across every guest interaction. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating WOW moments, managing customer service strategy, overseeing complaint resolution, and contributing to sales growth while working closely with teams across the business. Events Manager: Are you passionate about creating unforgettable experiences and bringing people together through unforgettable events? We’re seeking an Events Manager to develop and deliver SwimTrek’s Events Series, ensuring each event is customer-focused, operationally excellent and aligned with our values. You’ll lead event planning and delivery, manage logistics, stakeholders and suppliers, work closely with internal teams on marketing and communications, and help grow our events portfolio with creativity and attention to detail.
