Group Relationship and Sales Executive

A fantastic opportunity has opened up to join SwimTrek's Group Sales team. This key role requires a dynamic and well-organised individual to undertake a mixture of customer-facing and sales responsibilities. The Group Relationship and Sales Executive will work with the Global Group Sales and Partnerships Manager to source, nurture, and convert leads into small-group or private-group bookings.

Operations Coordinator

We're looking for a proactive self-starter to be our new Operations Coordinator. The Operations Team organises all of SwimTrek’s open water adventures – from recruiting, training the guides, organising equipment and health and safety to ensure our trips are delivered to the highest safety standards.

This key role involves working within the Operations Team under the direction of the Travel & Logistics Manager to enable our trips to be safe, efficient, memorable, cost-effective and of course fun! A proactive self-starter you will be starting out your career in the leisure and tourism industry working in a busy and supportive team. The list of responsibilities should not be considered exhaustive. You may be required to undertake various other duties as reasonably required.

People and Workplace Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join SwimTrek team. The People and Workplace Manager role is multi-faceted, working across a number of departments and overseeing not just the general operations within the Head Office function, but being the custodian of the workplace culture that brings the very best out each individual. This position requires a high level of emotional intelligence and ability to understand all 5 senses when communicating with other members of the team that will not only maintain a well established and efficient working environment, but also take it to the next level.

Product & Supply Chain Manager

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join SwimTrek within the Product team. The Product & Supply Chain Manager will oversee in-life concepts and products that meet and exceed guest expectations and deliver on business strategy! The Product & Supply Chain Manager will work with the Head of Product in executing on the Product Plan, driving growth, and delivering excellent guest experiences. Responsible for management of the in-life product portfolio, managing supplier relationships and optimising the cost base. You will negotiate best commercial rates, terms and service level agreements. You will draw up and gain sign-off in a way that enhances supplier relationships. Then monitor quality of delivery against set criteria.
