Biography

'King of the Channel' Kevin Murphy is the holder of the male records for the most number of English Channel swims (34) and the most number of North Channel swims (3). With more than 50 years as an open water swimmer behind him, Kevin is an inspirational figure to all on the Channel and Long Distance Training trip. What he doesn't know about long distance swimming isn't worth knowing!
