The
small islands of Gozo, Malta and Comino serve as a bridge
between Europe and Africa and have a strategic importance well
above its relatively tiny size. With warm water,
fantastic visibility and stunning coastal scenery these
islands offer everything for the enthusiastic open water
swimmer. The week is broken into island hopping, bay crossing
and spectacular cliff swimming along with varied walks on the
flat-topped hills that personify these islands.
With this trip you
are sure to get off the beaten path and discover the delights
that these small islands have to offer. What makes it such a
special place to visit is that its intriguing past is still on
display today.
Basing ourselves in the
beautiful bay village of Xlendi on the island of Gozo, we are ideally located for our island and bay
hopping adventure. As well as the varied sea swimming we also
have ample opportunity for swim technique coaching with video analysis.
