Making a Booking? To join one of our trips,
please fill in this booking
form and send it to us at SwimTrek, together with
a 15% deposit (30% for the Lakes Weekender and River
Thames trips) of the total tour cost (cheques made payable
to "Swim Trek Limited"). We also accept credit
card payments via the booking form or on the phone.
What's included in the price? Fully guided tour with
full safety escort for the number of days specified in
the tour summary, swim guiding, technique analysis, baggage handling; accommodation; breakfast
and lunch.
Items you'll need to pay for
the prices advertised do not include:
• Travel to and from the start of the tour.
• Evening meal.
On booking you will be sent detailed information
on:
• Equipment Checklist.
• Training Plan.
• Insurance Requirements.
• Meeting point and time.
• Relevant reading to get you in the mood.
Your Financial Protection
In compliance with the UK Package Travel,
Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 an
insurance policy has been arranged with Travel & General Insurance Company
plc to protect customers’ prepayments paid in respect of
non-flight inclusive packages
commencing and returning to the UK.

ground handling aspects of packages where the customer is responsible for
arranging travel to the destination offered in this brochure /
literature / document / on this website (subject to the terms of the insurance
policy), for:
a refund of such prepayments if
customers have not yet travelled.
making arrangements to enable the holiday to continue
if customers have already travelled
